Enrolling at EPIC Charter School for the 2020-21 School Year:

New Students to EPIC – Steps for Enrollment (re-enrolling families please see below)

  1. Submit “Intent to Enroll Form”
    • After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your student’s reserved spot at EPIC Charter School for the 2020-21 school year. The email will include a link to provide required information for enrollment.
  1. Complete online enrollment form once confirmation email is received.
  2. Complete DocuSign and submit required documents.
    • Once the online enrollment form is processed, you will receive a DocuSign email that will collect the remaining required documents, information, and authorizations necessary to on-board your student.

Returning EPIC Students

  1. Complete the Re-Enrollment DocuSign that was emailed prior to the end of the 2019-20 school year. Please contact the Admissions Team if you need the re-enrollment DocuSign resent.
